Service Description

AI Face Swap provides an AI-powered face swapping service for images, GIFs, and videos. Our service uses artificial intelligence models hosted on Replicate's platform to process your uploaded content and generate face-swapped results.

The service includes Single Face Swap, Multiple Face Swap, Batch Face Swap, GIF Face Swap, and Video Face Swap features, available through a credit-based system.

User Responsibility and Liability

You are solely responsible for your use of the AI Face Swap service and any content you create using our platform.

IMPORTANT: AI Face Swap and its operators are not responsible for how users choose to use this tool. By using this service, you explicitly accept full responsibility for:

• Obtaining proper consent from all individuals whose faces appear in your content
• Ensuring you have the legal rights to use all images, videos, and GIFs you upload
• Any illegal, unethical, or unauthorized use of the face swap technology
• Any harm, damage, or legal consequences resulting from your use of face-swapped content
• Any misrepresentation, impersonation, or fraudulent use of generated content

Limitation of Liability

AI Face Swap provides this service 'as is' without any warranties, express or implied. We explicitly disclaim all liability for any misuse of our service, including but not limited to creation of misleading content, violation of privacy rights, infringement of intellectual property, or any other illegal activities conducted by users.

We make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the content, services, software, or graphics provided through the service. You expressly agree that your use of the service is at your sole risk.

Third-Party Services - Replicate

Our face swapping service is powered by AI models hosted on Replicate's platform (replicate.com). When you use our service, your content is processed through Replicate's API infrastructure. The AI models we use are publicly available on Replicate.

We are not responsible for Replicate's service availability, performance, or data handling practices. By using AI Face Swap, you acknowledge and accept that your content will be processed by these third-party AI models and services.

Account Terms

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

Payment and Credits

AI Face Swap operates on a credit-based system. Credits are required to perform face swap operations:

• Image Face Swap: 1 credit, GIF Face Swap: 3 credits, Video Face Swap: 5 credits per operation
• Credits can be purchased through Pay-As-You-Go packs or monthly subscription plans
• All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law
• Payments are processed securely through Mollie, our third-party payment provider

Intellectual Property

The AI Face Swap service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by AI Face Swap and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to content you upload to our service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the face swap service to you.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use AI Face Swap for any of the following purposes:

• Any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• Creating malicious deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive or defraud
• Processing images or videos of minors without proper legal authorization
• Creating explicit, pornographic, or otherwise inappropriate content
• Impersonation, identity theft, fraud, or any deceptive practices

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the 'Last updated' date. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
